Meet the Coaches

Coach Nate has over 20 years experience in Brazilian Jiujitsu and law enforcement. 

Coach Jeff started his Jiu-jitsu journey well into his 30s and has since become a a legend in his own right. He opened Synergy Jiu-jitsu Academy in 2009 and has taught hundreds of students since.

Coach Nick has been by Coach Jeff's side since the beginning. He now teaches the kid and youth classes and is an invaluable member of the team.
